Indoor Cycling Sessions: Group
Based at Warrior Club in Lymm, indoor training sessions are run on a weekly basis, day and evening sessions available.
For beginners, Intro2Spin sessions offer a short introduction to your first journey on an Indoor Training bike, with a bike set up and short ride using some of the basic movements and exercises that are part of a Spinning journey.
These sessions will allow those new or coming back to Spinning, a chance to enjoy indoor cycling training at their level, with support throughout the ride, building confidence as you get fitter and learn pedalling and riding techniques.
SpinFit Session will be ideal for intermediate/advanced riders, looking to improve overall fitness both on and off the bike. Support will still be given for bike set up and riding technniques.
