Managing your energy levels and getting the right balance of nutrients is key to maintaining a healthy body during your training programme and also for general health and wellbeing. Health conditions such as diabetes need not be a barrier to training or competing, coach James has recently tackled an early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and using diet alone, along with ongoing training, is well on the way to reversing the condition.
