What can I expect from a session?
JRC is offering Individual 1-1 and team/club coaching training sessions on the latest Wattbikes. The sessions are designed to replicate race efforts, offer specific training focus, along with technical advice and high level coaching from James.
JRC can also carry out your base line test so that you can train in specific zones, making sure you don’t end up riding ‘junk’ miles with no performance development.
Sessions will be from 30 minute fasted HIIT (early morning) sessions upto 2 hour race pace/technical sessions.
All athletes are welcome, whatever your discipine or level. YOUR data will help YOU perform in YOUR chosen sport or discipline. We are here to make sure you get there.
