What can I expect from a session?
JRC is now promoting coached Wattbike training sessions on the latest Wattbikes, based at FastFitStrong (The White Rooms, Lymm). The sessions are designed to replicate race efforts, offer specific training focus (HIIT/Strength/Endurance) along with technical advice and high level coaching from James Roberts.
JRC can also carry out your base line test so that you can train in specific zones, making sure you don’t end up riding (or running) ‘junk’ miles with no performance development.
Sessions will be from 30 minute fasted HIIT (early morning) sessions upto 2 hour race pace/technical sessions.
All riders are welcome, whatever your discipine or level. YOUR data will help YOU perform in YOUR chosen sport or discipline. We are here to make sure you get there.

Remember to download the Wattbike App and bring a Heart Rate monitor – you can connect to the Wattbike to record all your data directly to your phone.
