How do I get started?

Every plan starts with a rider consultation, agreeing on your goals, carrying out a Baseline Fitness Test (where required) to set your training zones and then building a challenging plan to take you through to your season goals or event.

With your coaches on hand to guide you week by week, making changes and adaptations as required, reviewing your progress and listening to your feedback, your coaching journey will be a partnership all the way.

* Baseline Fitness Test either at our private facility in Bollington, Cheshire or remotely using your equipment / Test may not be required if using existing power device for training 

**You are under no obligation to take up our coaching services following a 1-1 consultation, the choice is yours.


1-1 consultations/Baseline fitness tests may be online or face to face dependant on current guidelines.

A bespoke training plan, updated on a weekly basis for ALL riders looking to:

  • Progress and compete at regional, national and international level
  • Train for a specific event or ride
  • Improve specific aspects of fitness.

With additional support and guidance on;

  • Race tactics
  • Recovery
  • Event preparation
  • Work/life/training balance
  • Mindset Management
  • Nutrition
  • S&C

A full 1-1 Nutrition or S&C plan is  available on a flexible basis or as an additional part of your plan if required, for example nutrition for weight loss or performance. The choice is yours.

For Junior/U23 riders looking to;

Progress and compete at national & international level

Receive full support and guidance on all aspects of racing & training including;

  • Race tactics

Strength & Conditioning plans & 1-1 S&C Assessment available as required.

Take Away Plans

From £195

Take away packages are perfect for one off events or challenges.

Giving you the freedom to mix and match your sessions for a progressive build towards your final event.

From 3-6 months, or if you have a specific timeframe, we will design & create a takeaway plan that gets you event ready.

Built specifically around your available time to train, your work/life/bike balance, your takeway plan is unique and designed for your ride.

Additional support & guidance available on Nutrition for Performance & Recovery, Core Strength Development for cyclists, and general conditioning over the period of your plan.

The coaching journey

Our commitment to you

Every coaching plan includes a personal Training Peaks account, weekly sessions added to your diary, weekly feedback and reviews, adaptations to your plan if circumstances change, scheduled reviews, progress updates, watts app, email and text communication with your coach and our promise to deliver a challenging plan.


Your commitment to us

To check your training diary on a weekly basis and let us know if any sessions need changing, upload your data after every session (including feedback, nutrition or S&C where applicable, sleep, metrics) and keep us up-to-date with your training.


You are in control

There is no minimum sign up period, you can use our services for as long or short a time as you choose. Minimum cancellation for coaching is 30 days with no cancellation fee or other hidden charges.

How many hours a week will I have to train?

The beauty of working with your coach is the ability to build your training around your time to train. Your training could be 7 hours a week upto 20 depending on your personal circumstances, your goals and your available time to commit to your plan.

Where do I log my training?

Training is prescribed via Training Peaks, an online portal (web and app), unique to you. You will have your own username and password to log in and view your prescribed training, upload the training completed, and provide feedback.

What equipment do I need?

Your bike, a heart rate monitor, a cycling GPS device (eg Garmin, Wahoo), a form of power measurement eg; smart turbo and/or on-bike power meter are the ideal kit requirements to enable your training to be planned and monitored effectively.

What sort of goal do I need?

Any challenge you set yourself is a goal! There is no right or wrong answer. From simply improving your climbing ability, to stepping up to National level races, or planning for a specific event such as a Stage Race, or charity event. The goal is yours to set, anything is possible, we are here to help you achieve.
